What We Do and How We Can Help You

Meet Jack L. Cutshall, Paralegal

Jack L. Cutshall serves as both a paralegal and office manager, ensuring the smooth running of the Law Office of Dana L. White on a day-to-day basis.  Following an internship with our office in 2018, he officially joined as a Paralegal in January 2019, assisting four attorneys, whose focus is primarily family law matters.  Jack also assists with cases involving wills and trusts, business law, employment law, general civil law, and immigration.

Jack’s reliable, respectful and patient temperament serves him well when working with family law matters concerning particularly challenging issues that may be distressful for clients. As a Vietnam War combat veteran of the U.S. Army,  Jack firmly believes that INTEGRITY MATTERS and diligently operates under the umbrella of this admirable quality.

Jack has numerous duties within our office, including office management, communication with clients, handling written correspondence, case/file management, sustaining professional relationships with clients, opposing counsel, the courts, and mediators.  Jack also assists with the management and preservation of pleadings, orders, discovery, memoranda, subpoenas, and agreements.
