Rhonda Larimer, CP is a certified paralegal at the Law Office of Dana L. White. She joined the Law Office of Dana L. White in December of 2017 and now serves as our office’s Senior Paralegal, supervising other paralegals and assisting four attorneys, whose focus is primarily family law matters. Rhonda also assists with cases involving probate, wills and trusts.
Rhonda has earned her Certified Paralegal credentials from NALA (National Alliance of Legal Assistants), a credential that may only be used by those who have met and maintained national certification standards.
Rhonda’s compassionate nature serves her well when working with family law matters that often involve extremely sensitive issues that may be very emotional to our clients. She is a firm believer that KNOWLEDGE IS POWER in most situations and works to keep our clients informed. Rhonda is particularly adept at client relations and her sense of organization and attention to detail is profound.
Rhonda is responsible for a panoply of duties, including preparation of pleadings, orders, discovery, memoranda, subpoenas, agreements, and written correspondences, trial/hearing preparation, witness interviews, legal research, case/file management, and maintaining professional relationships with clients, opposing counsel, the courts, mediators, financial advisors and health/mental health professionals,
Rhonda stays remarkably busy both professionally and personally. She is a member of the American Association of Notaries, the Fort Worth Paralegal Association, the Texas Bar Association- Paralegal Division, an active member of NALA, and a long-time member of the Down Syndrome Partnership of North Texas.
