In an “uncontested” divorce, the parties agree to all terms.  Usually, only an attorney represents one party.  The Respondent does not need to be served by a process server because they will sign a waiver.

This method is much less expensive, less stressful, and quicker than other types of divorce but often is not possible due to the parties’ opposing views or the complicated nature of the case.
