It was a year long process because of Covid & the courts were closed. I am now living my best life in Florida & Minnesota. When I am back visiting my Texas friends, Dana White’s office is always on my list!

I was not even sure how to begin the procedures of filing for a divorce. My initial visit was filled with my questions & information from Dana. She was honest regarding the things I should except & gave me a lot of information to think through until I was ready to file. I  took a few days to really consider all my options & then decided to move forward. Her office was compassionate & very caring. Questions popped up & I never felt minimized or put off. Court dates & enforcement papers were needed but throughout the year I felt seen & well represented. At Dana’s suggestion we went to meditation & I saw an end in sight but Covid entered our world. Finally after a couple of zoom meetings we tied up all the loose ends & nearly one year to the day I filed I was divorced.

I feel I found a compassionate legal team. The cohesive office staff could usually bring a smile or levity when I needed it. I was also able to get my other legal affairs in order with a new will. This was something I hadn’t even thought to look into. Their proactive approach was appreciated for this too.

As I said earlier I am now happily living my next chapter & with the help of Dana White & her team it was the best life decision I could have made.

She was  extremely knowledgeable of trusts and knew exactly what we needed. On top of that, she was so friendly and pleasant to work with.  I would highly recommend Dana’s office for any attorney needs.

Ms. Hathi navigated me through a delicate situation, both legally and personally, with ease and efficiency as much as possible from my end.  All of my questions were answered, options proposed and solutions reached without unnecessary dialogue, while continually providing individual care and representation. White is ... first class - especially my lead attorney, Avni Hathi. She held my hand from gate to gate, during one of the hardest stretches of my life. She ALWAYS had my best interest in mind. I never doubted if Avni cared about me and my situation. I'm forever grateful.
